Export Crypto Payment Reports as CSV, Excel or PDF in MercanPay
Export crypto payment reports from the MercanPay panel: invoices, withdrawals, account activity, webhook deliveries and the activity log as CSV, Excel or PDF.

Crypto payment reports are the simplest way to keep your records in order and make your accountant's life easier. In the MercanPay panel you can download your invoices, withdrawals, account activity, webhook deliveries and account activity log as CSV, Excel (.xlsx) or PDF in one click. This post shows where each report lives, what it contains and how to put the files to work.
Where to find exports
There's no separate reports page. Each list has an Export button next to it that builds a report of that list:
| Report | Where in the panel | Contents |
|---|---|---|
| Invoices | Invoices page | Every invoice, its status and the amount paid |
| Withdrawals | Balance & Withdrawals page | Payouts, fees and transaction ids |
| Account activity | Balance & Withdrawals page | Every credit and debit on your balance |
| Webhook deliveries | Webhooks page | Notifications sent and your server's responses |
| Activity log | Activity log page | Sign-ins, settings changes and actions |
Clicking Export opens a small pop-over where you pick the file format and, optionally, a date range.
Three formats, three uses
CSV
The most flexible format, labelled "opens in any spreadsheet app". Files are written as UTF-8 with a BOM, so non-ASCII characters display correctly in spreadsheet software. Ideal for importing into accounting tools or processing with a script.
Excel (.xlsx)
Opens directly as a workbook. The most comfortable choice for filters, pivot tables and month-end summaries.
Offered as a "printable report": a table on A4 landscape pages, good for archiving, emailing or printing. The header shows the report name, your store name and the date range if you picked one.
Date ranges and filters
The pop-over offers quick ranges:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- This month
- All (default)
You can also pick custom start and end dates. The start can't be after the end, and the panel will tell you if it is.
For invoices and webhook deliveries, the status filter currently selected on the page is applied as well. If the Invoices page is filtered to "Paid" when you click Export, the report contains only paid invoices, which is handy for a monthly revenue list.
A few technical details:
- One report holds up to 10,000 rows, newest first. Split longer periods into months.
- All timestamps are in UTC. Keep that in mind for records close to midnight in your local time zone.
- File names follow
mercanpay-<report>-<date>, for examplemercanpay-invoices-2026-11-27.xlsx, so they sort neatly in a folder. - Column headers are currently in Turkish, matching the panel's primary language.
What each report contains
Invoices
Date, invoice id, order id, status, USD amount (for USD-priced invoices), coin, invoice amount, amount paid, description, payment address and payment date. The order id column is the one you'll use most when matching against your own system; see idempotent invoices with order_id.
Withdrawals
Date, withdrawal id, status, coin, amount, fee, destination address, transaction id (TxID), completion time and a note where relevant. With the TxID you can verify each payout independently on a block explorer.
Account activity (ledger)
Every item that changed your balance is its own row. The type column shows:
- Invoice payment: money received from a customer
- Platform fee: the commission on a payment
- Withdrawal and withdrawal fee
- Withdrawal refund: a failed or rejected payout returned to your balance
- Adjustment: manual balance corrections, if any
This is the answer to "why is my balance what it is?": incoming payments, commission and payouts in one table.
Webhook deliveries
Event type, target URL, status, attempt count, HTTP response code, response time, error message and delivery time. Useful for looking back at integration problems. The event types themselves are explained in crypto payment webhook events.
Activity log
Who did what, when and from which IP: sign-ins, security changes, withdrawals, API key actions and more. Worth keeping for security reviews or internal controls. More in merchant notifications and the activity log.
Putting crypto payment reports to work
Month-end close
- On the Invoices page, filter to "Paid", choose "This month" and download Excel.
- Download account activity for the same period from Balance & Withdrawals.
- Share both files with your accountant.
For record-keeping habits, see crypto payment bookkeeping and records.
Reconciliation
Compare the invoice report with your order database by order id. An order that is unpaid on your side but "Paid" in the report points to a missed webhook, and the webhook deliveries report shows why: did your server return an error, or time out?
Support conversations
Quoting the right id speeds up any question about a payment or payout. When you open a ticket from the panel you can add an invoice or withdrawal id as a reference; see merchant support tickets.
A note on security
Reports contain sensitive data such as payment addresses, amounts and IP addresses. Don't leave downloaded files in shared folders, and email them only to people who need them. Merchant reports only ever contain records from your own account.
FAQ
Can I get reports through the API?
Exports are a panel feature. Through the API you can page through invoices with GET /v1/invoices and build your own reports.
I have more than 10,000 records. What now?
Narrow the date range and export month by month or week by week.
Why aren't dates in my local time?
Reports use UTC so they're consistent everywhere. Convert in your spreadsheet if you need local time.
Special characters look broken in my CSV.
The Excel format avoids this entirely. For CSV, open the file through your spreadsheet's import wizard and choose UTF-8.
