MercanPay is a crypto payment gateway that lets businesses and independent sellers accept USDT and TRX on the TRON network (TRC20). You create an invoice, your customer pays on a ready-made payment page, the payment is credited to your balance once it's confirmed on-chain, and you withdraw to your own wallet whenever you like.
This post sums up what MercanPay does, who it's for, what it costs and how we keep your account safe.
What is MercanPay and what does it do?
Many sellers start accepting crypto by sending customers a wallet address. As orders grow, matching payments to orders, handling short or late payments and checking every transfer by hand quickly becomes a burden.
MercanPay does that work for you:
- An invoice per order: each invoice has an amount, a coin and a validity period, and every open invoice gets its own payment address, so payments never get mixed up.
- Hosted payment page: your customer pays on a clean page with a QR code, the address, the amount and a countdown, in Turkish or English.
- Automatic tracking: as soon as the transfer appears on-chain the page shows "payment detected, confirming". After 20 block confirmations (usually about a minute) the payment is final.
- Notifications: when a payment is final, a signed webhook is sent to your site so you can confirm the order automatically.
- Balance and withdrawals: confirmed payments are credited to your balance minus the commission, and you can withdraw to your own TRON address at any time.

Which coins are supported?
We currently support two coins on the TRON network:

Invoices can be priced in a coin or in USD. For USD-priced invoices your customer picks TRX or USDT on the payment page and the rate is locked at that moment.
What does it cost?
We keep pricing simple:
- Commission: rates starting from 0.4%, set per business and shown in your panel.
- Withdrawal fee: 1–3 USD per withdrawal.
- Minimum invoice: 10 USD. Minimum withdrawal: 10 USD worth.
- Network fee on USDT invoices: a 1 USDT network fee paid by the customer is added to USDT invoices; it is not taken from your balance.
There are no setup fees and no monthly fees.
How is your account protected?
For a payment platform, the safety of your balance comes first. The panel uses several layers of protection:
- Two-step login with an email code or an authenticator app.
- Two codes for withdrawals: by default, panel withdrawals require both an email code and an authenticator (TOTP) code.
- Trusted addresses: withdrawals made through the API can only go to addresses you've marked as trusted.
- Lock after a reset: withdrawals are locked for 24 hours after a password reset.
- Visibility: an activity log and security emails for important actions.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need technical knowledge to use MercanPay?
No. Creating an invoice in the panel and sharing the payment link is enough. If you want automatic integration with your site, you can use our REST API and the Python and PHP libraries.
What happens if my customer sends the wrong amount?
If a payment is short, the invoice stays open a little longer so the customer can send the rest. You can also set a small underpayment tolerance in the panel. Overpayments are added to your balance.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
Open a ticket from the Support section of your panel. If you open it directly from the related invoice or withdrawal, we can look into it faster.
