Do you have a WHMCS module?
The WHMCS module is coming soon. In the meantime you can integrate your billing system through the REST API or our PHP and Python libraries.
Can renewals be charged automatically?
Crypto can't be pulled from a customer's wallet, and MercanPay has no subscription or recurring billing feature. You create a new invoice each renewal period and send the payment link; that step can be fully automated through the API.
How long does a customer have to pay?
Invoices stay open for up to 24 hours. If a renewal invoice expires, simply create a new one. Partial payments extend the invoice.
Are VPN services accepted?
Legitimate VPN, hosting, VPS and domain businesses can apply. Every application is reviewed through a short business questionnaire.
How do I withdraw my balance?
You withdraw TRX or USDT to your own wallet. Each withdrawal is confirmed with an email code and an authenticator code, and costs 1-3 USD.
