Can delivery be fully automatic?
Yes. When a payment reaches 20 block confirmations we send a signed webhook to your server. After verifying the signature you can issue the license, link or access automatically. Failed webhook deliveries are retried.
Can I set prices in USD?
Yes. Create the invoice in USD and the customer picks TRX or USDT; the rate stays locked while the invoice is open.
What if the customer pays late?
Invoices stay open for up to 24 hours. A partial payment made in time extends the invoice so the customer can complete it.
How do I issue a refund?
Refunds aren't automatic. You make a manual withdrawal from your balance to the customer's wallet. We recommend stating your refund policy clearly on your sales page.
Is there a minimum price?
Yes, the minimum invoice is 10 USD. For cheaper items, consider selling them as bundles.
