Can I take monthly memberships or instalments?
MercanPay has no automatic recurring billing or instalments. For monthly memberships, create a new invoice each month and send it to the student; the API lets you automate that.
How do I sell without a website?
Create a fixed-amount payment link in your panel and share it on Telegram, Instagram or WhatsApp. You'll see the payment in your panel once it confirms.
What if a student sends the wrong amount?
A partial payment extends the invoice and the student can send the rest to the same address. Invoices stay open for up to 24 hours.
How do I honour my refund policy?
Refunds aren't automatic. When you decide to refund, make a manual withdrawal from your balance to the student's wallet.
Is there a minimum course price?
The minimum invoice is 10 USD. Commission starts from 0.4% and is set per merchant.
